Problem logging in with existing characters

I am aware that there is an issue as of some time this morning where characters
are unable to log into the main port with their existing characters. I would
encourage you not to recreate w/ your existing character name. I have backed up
all of the pfiles as of a few minutes ago, but it's a hassle if we have to
overwrite what you recreated. The pfiles appear to be there and in working
order, but the main port is unable to access them - that is the point we are
trying to work out at this point. I'll post an update when I have one.
