bloodsoaked drops?!

(as for bloodsoaked drops)  I guess they are fine.. ;/  maybe make some items like comps and herbs, that are only dropable in bp?  Like bloodsoaked death needle, and bloodsoaked crystal leaf..
and could be used to make spells work slightly better? or something

Work better how? Do more damage, increase buff affects? Miscast less? It has merit, but just doesn't really seem worth coding, though.
